S.B.R. (Special Bonus Rewards) Discounts:

Effective January 2024

1. Police/Fire/State Trooper with Cruiser on site- Receive $20 off monthly. Not Valid with any late payments.
2. Sign up for a Good Sam's Card @ office with Resident Relations Agent to receive a 1X $20 credit on your account just for applying.
3. Good Sams: 10% off daily reservation.
4. Long Term Star Resident: MONTHLY Discount- *$25 off Monthly rent: AFTER 10 months, with no late pmts Over 70, Employed w/Local Police with cruiser on site.
5. Over 70: Receive $25 off per month. Not Valid with any late payments.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Daily & Weekly rates include water, sewer, trash, electric, plus free wi-fi.
Monthly rates include water, trash, sewer and free wi-fi.
Limit 2 vehicles per site. You may rent a 3rd site if available or in our RV STG (locked and gated).
All rates are based on an occupancy of 4 PEOPLE per RV. Additional occupants will be charged $35 per month- Six persons Total/Max on occupancy.
Security Deposit Refunds may take up to 30 days if paid with check-- credit card is usually under 20 days.
All guests must be registered at the front office. Guests are charged only for facility use, there is no charge for day visitors.
Should our front office be closed, please call to leave a message with your home-site, number of guests, and car information.
All emergencies will receive call back within 15 minutes. However, please contact 911 for any safety or dangerous issues. Any balances that may be due must be paid within 10 days of receipt. (All unpaid items will be taken out of deposit first, thus leaving your rent past due, thus your late fees will continue until all is paid in full).

CLUBHOUSE RENTAL:

Based on the number of guests attending the event and the length of time you wish to reserve space. Please note, by renting time in the clubhouse it does not include the pool facility.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Updated 5/31/2023

All cancelled reservations will receive a $35 administration fee. Including reservations made within a 24-hour time period.
To avoid additional cancellation fees, please be sure to give the following notice of cancellation based upon your reservation.
➢ Daily: 2 days' prior notice to avoid being assessed 1 night's stay + $35;
➢ Weekly: 3 days' prior notice to avoid being assessed 3 nights stay + $35
➢ Monthly: 2 weeks' prior notice to avoid forfeiting 100% of initial deposit that includes the admin/service fee.

PET POLICY:

Pets welcome limit 2, subject to approval. As per policy, we do not allow any any aggressive breeds or mixed aggressive breeds.
Additional pets always welcome with additional fees of $25 one week or less; $30 one week or more; $50 4 months or more.
Pets must be on a leash at all times, even in the dog run. Animals cannot be left unattended, especially not tied up without supervision. No exceptions.

LATE FEE POLICY:

All residents are given a one day grace period after due date. After the grace period, residents are charged an initial fee of $45 and $20 each day thereafter until the balance is paid in full. Currency collected will apply to late fees first, leaving rent delinquent.
